John Aldrich - President

Company Experience

John Aldrich joined The Baldwin Company Realtors, Inc. in 1978. In 1992, John assumed the role of President and Partner. Subsequently in 1997, after selling the company to Colliers International he remained as President and Partner in Colliers Baldwin-Texas, Inc. In 2004 he founded and is President of The Aldrich Group, Inc.. The firm specializes in commercial real estate leasing, sales and consulting.

Professional Accomplishments

John Aldrich has been a top producing real estate broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for thirty four years. During that time, he has leased and sold over 38 million square feet of office and industrial space and fully developed corporate sites totaling over 1275 acres. John was a top producer in volume sales and leasing throughout his career with his company and Colliers International.

John was the recipient of the Stemmons Service Award, the highest honor given a commercial real estate broker for outstanding achievement in production, professionalism and community service, in 1992. In 2001 he was recognized by the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as their 2001 Broker of the Year based on his consistent outstanding performance, reputation for honesty and integrity, and community volunteer involvement. In 2008 he was selected by a panel of his peers assembled by DCEO Magazine as one of 23 of Dallas’ “Best Brokers”- “based on reputation, intensity foresight, negotiation skills and integrity”.

In addition to his business achievements, he has served as Chairman of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, an organization serving the interests of commercial real estate brokers and developers. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a national organization of accredited specialists in industrial and office real estate and holds a dual designation in both office and industrial specialties. He has served as a member of the SIOR National Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the National Admissions Committee, District Vice President, Regional Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and President of the SIOR Foundation as well as President of the North Texas Chapter, SIOR.

Bill Bexley - Vice President JSC Realty

Bill Bexley, Vice President JSC Realty & Investments Services, combines eighteen years of experience in facility planning and over twenty eight years of real estate brokerage offering a unique perspective to his clients. Whether he is pursuing a real estate deal for an industrial user, or carrying out a disposition assignment for a building owner, Bill helps define the firm’s needs, or identifies the building features for owners - ranging from power requirements to building systems layout designs. This process, based on his experience of being in the client’s position, ensures that the real estate decisions are in the optimum interest of his clients. 

Prior to joining JSC Realty & Investments Services, Bill was affiliated with other Dallas-based commercial real estate firms, including three years with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell and fifteen years with Fults/ONCOR later known as Kennedy-Wilson International. During this time, Bill earned many Top Producer Awards.

Before he began his industrial real estate career, Bill spent eighteen years in Corporate America as an industrial engineer, facilities engineering manager, and facilities manager for several companies such as Whirlpool Corporation, Star Engraving Company, Recognition Equipment (Now known as Banc Tec), and Apple Computer.

Bill Bexley specializes in all areas of industrial and office brokerage including tenant/buyer representation, building owner representation as well as industrial investment property sales. He has assisted buyers and tenants in the acquisition of tenant space, land, and buildings including experience in build-to-suites to own and lease. Because of his extensive background in industry, he often serves as the tenant/buyer’s facility and real estate director.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in business administration and an emphasis on industrial management, Bill is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Outside of his work, Bill has been active in Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years, serving in many capacities including Chairman of the North District, and Vice Chairman of the Circle Ten Council Advancement Committee. He served on the Board of Directors of Bridgeport Methodist Camp and Conference Center. He is a member and secretary of the Carrollton Farmers Branch Rotary Club. He also is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the First United Methodist Church Dallas, Texas. Bill and his wife, Joan, have 3 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws and 7 grandchildren.

Alan Clark - Partner

Mr. Clark is a Partner with JSC Realty Services, Inc. He has completed over $200,000,000.00 in lease and sale transactions representing owners of real estate and Tenants in Dallas, Texas. His institutional clients have included KBS Realty Advisors, Equitable Real Estate, Property Reserve, Inc., and SunLife of Canada, among others.

In 1984, Mr. Clark emigrated to the United States and immediately joined the Jackson-Shaw Company, and in 1990 he was part of a team that formed JSC Realty & Investment Services, Inc. He obtained the prestigious CCIM designation in 1999, and is a member of North Texas Association of Realtors, NTCAR.

His services include tenant/buyer representation, as well as landlord/seller representation. He has represented the owners of the same projects for more than 20 years. Because of his extensive experience in the industry, he often serves as the clients’ real estate director. Clients appreciate his integrity, attention to detail and creativity to close deals. Since 1984, Mr. Clark has completed over 1,300 transactions.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clark lived in Toronto and was employed as a sales representative with Canada’s largest life insurance firm, London Life. He made the prestigious Honor Club in his first year. Mr. Clark graduated in 1982 with a degree in economics from The University of Western Ontario.

In his spare time, he plays ice hockey, enjoys golf, and is proud to have mentored two young boys through the Big Brothers and Sisters of Dallas program.

Mr. Clark along with his wife Donna and daughters Moranda, April and Linsey, reside in Flower Mound, Texas.

Paul Tichacek - Partner

Paul Tichacek began his commercial real estate career when he joined the Jackson-Shaw Company in 1985. Paul made the move with other colleagues to JSC Realty and Investment Services, Inc. in 1990 and became a Partner in 1994. Since entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Tichacek has successfully completed transactions exceeding $135,000,000 in value. A few of the prominent clients Paul has represented include Chambers Street Properties, SunLife of Canada, Property Reserve, Inc., MetLife, Woodmen of the World and KBS Realty Advisors.

With over twenty seven years experience Paul specializes in Asset Management, Project Leasing, Tenant Representation and Investment Sales throughout Dallas Fort Worth, Texas.

A 1979 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Marketing an Economics, Paul currently resides in Colleyville, Texas with his wife and three daughters.

Mark Tietjen - Partner

Mark Tietjen is a partner with JSC Realty and Investment Services, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Business Management. Mr. Tietjen has 20 years in the commercial real estate industry representing Landlords throughout Texas. He has complete responsibility for both Property Management and Construction Management services. His portfolio totals more the five million square feet of office and industrial properties for major institutional clients.

Prior to joining JSC Realty, Mr. Tietjen worked for Woodbine Development and Management Company, gaining in-depth experience in property management, asset management, due diligence, business development and public relations. Covering the southwest region of the United States, his client list includes:

Mark has received numerous accolades from The City of Dallas, DART, National Republican Chairman and former President Ronald Reagan for his involvement in the 1984 Republican National Convention. He is listed in Who’s Who in America for Real Estate Professionals.

Research. The cornerstone of any leasing project is Research, and providing the client comprehensive market research data. We maintain access to numerous databases. Our office database tracks over 147 million square feet in over 1,400 buildings across the D/FW area; the industrial database tracks 417 million square feet of available properties for lease or sale. Our research is to track real estate market conditions and forecast trends useful in developing an effective negotiating strategy for our clients.
