Between its inception in 1986 and December 31, 2012, Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. has been responsible for 1,652 leases totaling 3,715,076 square feet of space with a total lease value of over 149.5 million dollars. Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. has also completed 261 commercial property sales totaling over 121.1 million dollars in value.

Eric J. Gold, President

Eric J. Gold, is a licensed Colorado Broker and principal owner of Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. After working in the commercial leasing industry for several years, Eric started his own real estate brokerage firm in 1986. Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. specializes in representing Sellers/Buyers and Landlords/Tenants with commercial investments, office and flex properties. A Denver resident since 1970, Eric is well versed in the Denver Metropolitan Area and its real estate market. With his extensive knowledge and experience in working with the real estate community and his systematic approach to problem solving, Eric is able to give tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers up-to-the-minute analyses of the Denver real estate market.

Prior to opening Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc., Eric worked as a Broker Associate and leasing Consultant with two local brokerage companies. Before becoming an active broker, Eric was an Executive Property Manager and Research Analyst for a Denver developer.


Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. While attending the University of Denver, Eric was a Marketing Assistant for a national developer in his Denver office. Eric is an active member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers and a State instructor of the Commercial mandatory continuing education course and advanced commercial contracts course. In April 2013 Eric was appointed to the Education Task Force for the Colorado Real Estate Commission under DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) in Colorado. In 2004 Eric was elected to the board of directors of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors for a 3 year period. Eric is well respected as a leader in his field and is called upon frequently as an expert witness for commercial real estate litigation cases.

In 1989 Eric was awarded recognition in “Who’s Who in the West”. Eric has received the Roundtable award for outstanding production from the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors every year since 1989 and has received the following awards for the highest production volume in the small office category from the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors: 2011 #7, 2010 #9, 2007 #14, 2001 #10, 2000 & 1999 #8.

In 1991 and 1994 Eric was awarded #1 Realtor, and in 1992 and 1995 was awarded #3 Realtor, for the most closed commercial transactions in the city of Denver. In 1994 Eric was prestigiously honored as Sales Person of the Year from the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors.

Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. was featured in the February 1993 Real Estate issue of the Denver Business Journal as “Master of the Small Deal” and again in the February 1995 issue of The Denver Business Journal as “Big Deals Out of Little Ones”. The Denver Business Journal recognizes Eric as a “Heavy Hitters” top producing commercial office broker, every year since 1995. In 1997 the University of Denver community honored Eric as an Alumni career achievement lecturer. In 1998, 2006 and 2007 Eric received the Presidents distinguished service award for outstanding service to the Realtor cause from the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. was listed by The Denver Business Journal in 1998 as the 25th largest, in 1999 as the 21st largest, in 2003 as the 22nd largest, in 2008 as the 21st largest, in 2009 as the 18th largest and in 2010 as the 21st largest, in 2011 as the 20th largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firms in the Denver area (ranked by square feet sold & leased). In 2004 Eric was listed in the Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate, Denver Business Journal.


George Moseley, Broker Associate

George Moseley has more than 27 years of combined experience in real estate sales & leasing, raw land/real property appraisal/valuations and engineering providing leasing, sales, technical, financial and research analysis and appraisals for a wide variety of commercial clients for Office, Retail, & Industrial Properties as well as vacant land. Most recently, George has assisted clients in finding, leasing, purchasing or listing for sale/lease commercial real estate for direct use or for investment. With Sheldon Gold, he’s completed 77 transactions totaling 241,000 SF with $9.6 million in leases and $6.9 million in sales. He’s managed 6 home owner associations with 310 total residential condominium units and as a result, generated an average of 8.4% per year rise in property values at all 6 associations and oversaw development/execution of operating budgets, long range planning and reserve analysis.

As a commercial real estate appraiser, he’s provided counseling, feasibility analysis, and appraisal of all types of income properties, residential properties and vacant land.


In his mining career, he searched worldwide for new acquisitions through research and contacts; managed due diligence and completed financial evaluations and valuations on promising targets for assets ranging in value from $30 million to $500 million. He also completed and presented technical and financial analyses, valuations and investment decisionā€making support for mining projects which were included in bankable feasibility studies used to raise debt and equity financing for the projects.

George’s clients consistently consider him to be ethical, conscientious, accountable and driven to exceed client expectations. His goal is to make sure the client is informed, understands, and is pleased with the outcome of every transaction.

George is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified General Appraiser, and a Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. He’s a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers. George earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
